nu este in acelasi timp. Fiecare lupta este de 1:30 minute si sunt 20 fara pauza si da, este fullcontact. Deci nu este usor

da ma asa se intampla si la lupte te pune sa te lupti cu 20 pe ran in 1-2min si cand obosesti si nu mai poti atunci tr sa tragi atunci se dezvolta rezistenta cordonara viteza forta si altele la noi se numeste spirala si nu se ia pauza pana nu  termina toti
1se bate cu 2 apoi 1>3 1>4.... apoi dinou 1>2 si aramne 2 pe poziteie si 2>3 2>4......

era prea sf 1v20 ... m'am gandit eu k n'are cum  ... oricum e greu si 1v20 pe rand @-)

sincer nu ash putea sa practic sportu asta , sa intru in ring sa ii dau la ala fara motiv @-) ... probabil k dupa ce'tzi aplica un picior la capshor ai motiv sa dai

forta este o componenta puternica, dar nu de ea depinde totul...sunt oameni de 60 KG care or dobarat oameni de 100+ kg la camp europene si mondiale....in Kyokushin nu te poti baza doar pe talent sau doar pe forta..trebuie ca toare sa formeze un TOT

conditia fizica se dobandeste prin exerciti fizice regulate, nu te nasti cu ea, si nu se poate pastra daca se intrerupe antrenamentul. Viteza in schimba, asta te nasti cu ea, si se poate desigur si imbunatati

Eu nu prea fac niciun exercitiu fizic plus ca am suflu sistolic la inima plus polipi deci obosesc foarte usor.Asa ca prefer brain power,ca din cate stiu si asta e important.Stiti cavalerii Shaolin ei fol put mintii pt a face toate acele lucruri incredibile.
